TPO SYSTEMS

TPO roofs (or thermoplastic polyolefin roofs) are roofing membranes designed to protect low-slope and flat roofs from water penetration. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin): TPO roof sheets are reinforced and contain UV stabilizers, fillers, pigments, and flame retarders.

TPO membranes are available in white, gray, and tan, in a variety of thicknesses and have labor and material warranties available for up to 30 years.

It can be installed in three different ways. Most commonly TPO roofs are mechanically attached, but a growing percentage are being adhered. Some are ballasted with river stone or pavers.
